Finally, the 2021 version of Yamaha, YZF-R3, has been revealed by the Japanese two-wheeler automaker. The price of the Yamaha R3 fully-fired motorcycle is around 6,87,500 yen, which is equal to Rs 4.90 lakh. The model will be launched on 15th January next year in Japan.
The motorcycle is quite similar to the old version. There are very few alterations in the new model, except for the vibrant colours. The 2021 Yamaha version, YZF-R3, is available in 3 stunning colour options – Matte Dark Grey, Cyan Metallic, and Deep Purplish Blue Metallic.
The Japanese two-wheeler maker has also rolled out the 2021 YZF R-25 fully-faired bike. This model, too, has similar kind of alterations. This is a 250cc bike that is priced at 6,54,500 yen or INR 4.68 lakh. You can see the hue of Cyan Metallic over the headlamp cowl, fuel tank, fairing, and fuel tank. Because of the Cyan colour and the blacked-out cycle parts, the motorcycle looks extra-ordinarily beautiful.
The Cyan Metallic colour is perhaps the best option out of the three colours. The combination of red alloy wheels, cyan blue body panels as well as the few black elements together make the bike look highly attractive.
Other than the new colour options, the rest of the things will remain the same for the motorcycle. The 2021 Yamaha R3 will flaunt twin-pod LED headlamps, muscular fuel tank, LED tail lamps, clip-on handlebar with a step-up seat setup. Also, there will be a digital instrument console.
Customers are allowed to add accessories such as a tank pad, KYB special suspension setup, sportier windscreen, and a brand-new graphics protector. A 320cc parallel twin-cylinder with the liquid-cooled engine will be powering the 2021 Yamaha R3. The engine is capable of producing 41.5bhp of power at 10,750 rpm and torque of 29Nm at 9000rpm. Power gets transmitted to the wheel by using a 6-speed gearbox.
