The increased demand for automation vehicles in the Ford India camp has not been ignored. The company revealed on Wednesday that the six-speed torque converter automatic transmission model EcoSport has been introduced.
The more efficient EcoSport, automated version of the Titanium AT, has been introduced by Ford India. The rates are Rs. 10.66 lakh. Until this time, Ford had only sold a Titanium + SUV with an automatic gearbox at Rs. 11.56 lakh pricing. Therefore, in contrast to Titanium+ AT, the latest Titanium AT variant would be Rs. 90,000 less expensive.
A BS6 compliant 1.5 liter, three-cylinder natural-aspiration petroleum motor is available on the EcoSport Titanium automatic model that provides 120bhp and 149Nm torque. The newest release of Titanium AT offers components including paddle shifters, cruise control, start-stop push-button, and a 9-inch Navigation screen panel. It must be pointed out here that the recently introduced Ford EcoSport Titanium AT is the only model in its price line that provides the customer with FordPass, a one-stop mobile app that meets a variety of ownership demands free of charge. FordPass auto tech performs functions like remote lock / unlocks and start/stop the engine.
However, a sunroof, rain-sensor wipers, headlamps, front map lights, ambient lighting, side airbags, rear arm-rests, cup-holders, and curtain airbags are omitted in the Titanium AT. Double front airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), and ground track are included in the protection equipment.
Ford’s Executive Director for Marketing, Sales and Service of Ford India, Vinay Raina, stated on the launch of new 2020 Ford EcoSport Titanium AT, “We wish more customers the convenience of the automation without sacrificing on the fun-of-drive, because of the latest Titanium trim in the 2020 EcoSport lineup. The exceptional value would ensure that customers no longer rely on the underwhelming automated technologies on the market”.
