There are speculations that a new set of SUV’s will debut at the Auto Expo in 2020.
There has been a huge demand for the SUV’s lately, which has led to automobile companies focusing their target on making more and more SUV with added features.
Here is a list of 5 brand new SUV’s which will be debuted at the Auto Expo 2020:
Maruti Suzuki Jimmy:
The Indo-Japanese brand is all set to bring back the gipsy iconic nameplates in the country.
As per the media reports, Maruti Suzuki will be launching the SUV jimmy which will be treated as the next Gypsy in the country.
The Indian model of the car will be a 5 seater model which will have a 250mm longer wheelbase compared to the 3-door Jimny.
Maruti Suzuki Premium SUV:
Maruti Suzuki in its process of readying a 5-seater premium SUV which is expected to be debuting as a concept in 2020 Auto Expo.
There are speculations that the previous SUV will be previewing the next-gen Vitara SUV.
The SUV model will be launched in both a 5 seater model and a 7 seater model and will give a direct competition to the Hyundai Creta,
Nissan Kicks, Kia Seltos and others in the compact SUV category.
Tata Blackbird:
Tata motors is in the process of developing and designing an outstanding mid-sized SUV which will be seen slathering between the Nexon and the Harrier.
There are reports that the new Tata blackbird is based on the Chinese Chery Tiggo 5X.
The SUV is expected powered by a BSVI compliant 1.5-litre turbocharged Diesel engine.
Renault HBC compact SUV:
Renault which is the French automaker is currently processing a 4 meter long SUV entirely for the Indian market which will make a debut at the 2020 Auto Expo.
The new model of Renault will be based on the modular CMF-A platform. [
Tata Hornbill/H2X:
Tata has already showcased the H2X Micro concept of SUV at the 2019 Auto Expo held at Geneva.
The car is internally college the hornbill and will be powering a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine, which will comply with the BSVI emission norms.
