Bajaj Pulsar Launched BS6 Models- RS200, NS200, 18F, 200F in India!

The Bajaj has finally updated the range of pulsar in order to meet BS6 emission and norms. The price of the Pulsar NS 160 and Pulsar NS 200 is set at Rs 1.04 lakh and Rs 1.25 lakh. The BS4 models of the bike were priced at Rs. 94,195 and Rs 10,675 respectively. Talking about the Bajaj Pulsar 180F and Bajaj Pulsar 220F they both are made available as the price of Rs 1.07 lakh and Rs. 1.17 lakh. The price of the Pulsar 180F received a hike of Rs. 11,000 because of the various updates and changes. While the Pulsar 220F has witnessed a price hike of Rs 3,033 and now available in Rs. 1.44 lakh. All of the prices mentioned are of ex-showroom Delhi. The price hikes of these bikes are less than it was expected. Unlike other companies that are offering significant price hikes with minor changes.

     

Under the hood, the updated Pulsar NS160 comes with a BS6-compliant engine, which is 160.3cc, one cylinder, liquid-cooled, twin-spark engine with the technology of fuel injection. The existing version (BS4) was capable enough to produce 15.3 bhp and the peak torque of 14.6 nm. The BS version of the bike will be able to deliver more power, which will be worth 17 bhp with the torque of 14.6 nm. All of the update range will be able to deliver more power and better performance than before.

     

Coming to the BS6-Compliant Bajaj Pulsar 220F, it will source the power from Fl 220 cc, one cylinder, the oil-cooled engine, which generates the peak power of 20.1 bhp. The bike has received a 280mm disc brake. Pulsar RS 200 will come equipped with BS6, 199.5, the engine of single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DTS-I, which is benefitted with the technology of fuel injection.
