Government is going to bring in the BS6 compliance in April 2020. The vehicle companies are prepping up for this change by launching BS6 compliant car models. To heighten up the competition, Toyota Innova is going to launch BS6 compliant Innova Crysta. Toyota, one of the largest car makers of the world, has started accepting the bookings of the upcoming Innova Crysta. But the price has not yet been revealed.
The new version of Innova Crysta will be different from the current version in terms of diesel and petrol options. The torque output and the power of the engines will see some significant changes after BS6 compliance.
As long as the stock of the BS4 variants of Innova Crysta is available with the dealerships, Toyota will continue selling them. However, it is still not clear if the manufacturer has stopped manufacturing BS4 variant or not.
There will be no significant changes in terms of looks in the new BS6 compliant version of Innova Crysta. It is expected that the price of the diesel engine version will go much higher. The price hike will take place because of the additional equipment fitted to the model for making it BS6 compliant. The company most probably will reveal the price of the car next year just before the commencement of official delivery.
