Mahindra Scorpio and Mahindra XUV 500 were showcased in the Auto Expo 2020 which grabbed the attention of dozens of people. Both of the car shave become the talk of the town ever since they were introduced in the motor show. The recent reports suggest that the car is going to be launched in the market of India in 2021, which is an excellent news for those who were waiting to purchase the vehicles.
The reports surfacing all over the internet confirms that both of the SUVs are likely to launch in the early or middle of the year 2021. These two next-generation SUVs are going to be based on the all-new platform and will also be equipped with BS6 compliant engine. With that being said, the second generation Mahindra Thar that has been spied several times during the test rounds will be witnessing a slight change in the price because of its BS6 upgrade plan. Both Mahindra XUV 500 and Mahindra Scorpio will lock horns against the Kia Seltos, MG Hector, Jeep Compass and Tata Harrier.
Just like the Mahindra XUV 300, the next upcoming generation Mahindra XUV 500 will be receiving some inputs from the Ssangyong, and it is also rumoured that it is going to be based on the Korando. The company is all ready and almost pulled its socks up to make a significant impact in the Indian automobile market with its new launches.
