Details about Maserati Ghibli Launch!!

The 2021 Maserati Ghibli has recently been rolled out in India. The new Ghibli Hybrid costs around Rs 1.15 crores, and the price of the high-performance Trofeo goes up as much as Rs 1.93 crores. For the first time ever, Maserati is offering the Ghibli paired with a V8 engine. You will be glad to know that the Ghibli hybrid is the first-ever hybrid model by Maserati.

     

What is so new about 2021 Maserati Ghibli?

The 2021 Ghibli comes with cosmetic alterations. There are tweaks to the tail-lights as well as the front grille. There are blue highlights on the surfaces like the side vents on the front fenders, the Seatta logo on the C pillar, brake callipers, and so on. On the other hand, the Trofeo is there, featuring red highlights on the outer side. The interiors have red highlights as well. Also, there are tweaks to the bumpers, vents on the bonnet, and a revised grille as well.

The touchscreen has received a massive upgradation. Now the model has a higher resolution 10.1-inch unit decked with a brand new interface. There will also be Maserati Connect technology, which allows the owner to remotely control the vehicle by using Google and Amazon Alexa voice assistants and smartphones. The revision has been done even in the instrument cluster.

Several other types of equipment have been offered, such as powered boot-lid with hands-free function, adaptive suspension, matrix LED headlamps, level 2 advanced driver aids, to name a few.

Engine and gearbox details about 2021 Maserati Ghibli:

There will be three engine options for the 2021 Maserati Ghibli.

The 2.0L, four-cylinder mill is going to be the first-ever hybrid powertrain for Maserati. It is capable of producing 330hp power and 4450Nm torque. The V8 is the Ferrari derived 3.8L twin-turbo, which can pump out power worth 580hp and 730Nm. V6 is similar to the engine of the old Ghibli S and produces power worth 430hp and torque worth 580Nm.

     

Maserati in India:

The Trofeo version of the Quattroporte, as well as Levante, will be rolled out in India as well. The chances are that the mid-engine MC20 supercar will also be launched soon.
