Grand Launch of Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD Spyder on June 8th!!

While the rest of the world, had experienced Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD Spyder, India will see the launch of the car on June 8th. In spite of the Covid19 lockdowns in some parts of the country, it is expected to be a grand launch. Huracan is the Mayan god of Hurricanes and Huracan means Hurricane in Spanish. The Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD is truly a hurricane with a top speed of 324 kmph. Huracan Evo RWD is one of the fastest cars in the world and it can go from o to 100 kmph in a matter of 3.5 seconds.

     

The car is priced at ₹3.22 crores. It comes with a 5.2 litre naturally aspirated V10 engine that generates 610 hp. With a dry weight of 1509 kg, the car is 33 kg lighter than the all-wheel drive model. While the engine output of the all-wheel drive model is 640 hp, the 610 hp engine generates a torque of 550Nm at 6500 rpm. With a 7 speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, the drive is smooth and comfortable.

On the inside, Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD has a feature rich, 8.4 inch touchscreen infotainment console with Apple CarPlay. It is a disappointment that the car makers have overseen the compatibility of Android Auto. Another important feature of this model is that the electric roof can be lowered within 17 seconds. Amazingly the lowering can happen even when the car is at the speed of 50 kmph. In addition to the sun roof, even the rear windscreen can be lowered.

19 inch alloy wheels with Pirelli P Zero tyres power the Lamborghini. The rear-wheel drive model also get a specially tuned Lamborghini Performance Traction Control System that has Strada or the Street, Sport and Corsa or the Sprint modes. With more than 4 airbags it and even knee airbags, the safety of Lamborghini Huracan is unmatched in its class. It comes in 8 classy colours and has a choice of 4 rims to choose from. The front splitter with integrated wing and the aerodynamic deflator under the body, Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD provides great aerodynamic stability even at high speeds.

     

With the launch of the Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD, the line-up of supercars launch in India has just got expanded.
