Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Shuts down the productions and corporate offices!

Corona outbreak has affected all kinds of industries. All of the businesses, including tour and travels, food, automobile industry, etc. has witnessed a major change in their business. The companies are going into the loss, and nobody knows when we are going to get rid of coronavirus. With that being said, Maruti Suzuki, Tata, and Honda will shut down the production to make sure their employees don’t get affected by this tremendous virus. Maruti Suzuki and Tata have already announced the halt production in the country. It was recently announced in their respective facilities in India.

     

Maruti Suzuki will be shutting down its office operations and production houses in Manesar, Haryana, and Gurgaon. The R&D center which is located in the Rohtak, Haryana will also remain closed. We can expect these shut down to be continued till 31 March, although the duration of the shut down will still depend on the policies of our Government. Talking about the Honda Cars, the company has informed its suppliers and the associates that production operations at the plants of manufacturing in both Tapukra and Greater Noida will be suspended temporarily till 31 March 2020. All these companies are expecting to restart the production and all kinds of work from 1st April. 2020. But, still, they all have to rely on the policies and announcements of the Government.

     

The associates of Honda cars will now be working from home except for those involved in vital running services, which requires physical work. Corona outbreak has impacted significantly in the economy of India and majority of cities in India are already down. In this case, the Government will not allow any of the showroom or company to remain open. Malls, transportation services, etc. everything has been closed until they a bounce rate in the corona outbreak.
