Jeep India is all set to expand its portfolio of products by introducing the two new upcoming models which are: 7-seater SUV & a subcompact SUV.
These models will give a tough competition to models such as Honda CR-V, or Volkswagen’s upcoming model: Tiguan AllSpace, Mahindra XUV300, Ford EcoSport, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Vitara Brezza. Jeep’s Sub-4-meter SUV will turn out to be the very first one to hit the roads of India.
Jeep 7-seater SUV Design:
The intricate details about the latest model of Jeep’s 7-seater SUV are all over the internet and buzzing around.
The upcoming model’s wheelbase and platform will be very similar in looking to Jeep Compass.
The automaker had planned to expand the fender regions which will have the capacity to accommodate the third extra row of seating. This will result in Jeep curbing its cost of development.

The oil burner of 1.3 Litres which comes along a CVT gearbox is actually sourced from AISIN and will have a delivering power capacity of 180bhp and a torque between 225Nm – 245Nm.
On the other hand, the diesel engine of 2.0 Litre will be seen pairing up with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
