Hero MotoCorp’s 100 millionths unit is the Hero Xtreme 100R. the launch happened at Hero’s Haridwar-based facility. The brand has introduced the Hero Xtreme 160R 100 Million limited-edition for Rs 1,08,750. When we compare it to the single disc and double-disc variants, the limited-edition variant is about Rs 1800 and Rs 4850 more expensive, respectively. The price of the Xtreme 160R single disc is around Rs 1,03,900, and that of the Xtreme 160R double disc is about Rs 1,06,950. These are the ex-showroom prices.
The dual-tone paint scheme (white and red) with the blacked-out parts of the model and new body graphics make the bike exceedingly attractive. Half of the rear cowls get painted in a white hue. It flaunts red graphics with 160R badging. The fuel tank extensions, red front fender, headlamp mask, and side panels render a sporty look to the car. the vehicle will carry a “100 Million Limited Edition” badging on its fuel tank.
The two-wheeler comes pre-loaded with features like LED indicators, LED headlamp, dual-tone fuel tank, minimal cowls, a smoked out LED taillamp with “H” signature, and a heavily contoured single-piece seat. The all-new Hero Xtreme 160R limited edition will be featuring a fully-digital inverted LCD instrument console, hazard lights, and side stand engine.
Just like the regular models, the limited edition bikes come fitted with the 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 100/80-17 front and 130/70-R17 rear tyres. The bike features a 220mm rear disc brake with dual-channel ABS and a 276mm front disc.
The 163cc air-cooled engine will be powering the Hero Xtreme 160R Limited Edition. It comes with innovative fuel injection technology. The engine can churn up power worth 15bhp and torque of 14Nm. A 5-speed gearbox does the transmission duties. The limited-edition two-wheeler has got a kick starter in addition to the standard starter motor. The bike can accelerate from 0 to 60kmph in just 4.7 seconds. The weight of the bike is around 139.5 kg.
