MG Hector is super happy with its response of Hector, and are now prepping up for the launch of all-new SUV in India.
The company is ecstatic to launch its eZS which comes up with a pure electric SUV. A very rare fact is that Baojun and MG Hector are owned by a Chinese based SAIC Motors corporation.
The SUV Hector is like a re-badged version of the Baojun 530 SUV, which is already been selling in China.
The new Baojun’s RS-3 compact SUV:
Baojun has recently gone on to launch the RS-3 compact SUV in the domestic market. There are speculations that India will be soon getting a re-badged version of the compact SUV RS-3 model anytime.
This model of SUV will be a direct competition to cars such as Kia Seltos, Nissan Kicks and Hyundai Creta.
Baojun’s RS-3 compact SUV launch date:
As per the information was given by the company officials, the compact SUV will be first seen at the Delhi 2020 auto expo.
However, earlier in 2019, Baojun’s model: 510 compact SUV was seen testing in the home country. In the Chinese market, the RS-3 model has replaced the older model 510 SUV.
This is a clear indication that India will be soon getting the Re-badged model ‘RS-3’ very soon.
Baojun’s RS-3 compact SUV dimensions:
The dimensions of the upcoming Baojun’s RS-3 compact SUV are as follows:
A. Length: The length of the model is 4,305 mm.
B. Width: The width of the model is 1,748 mm.
C. Height: The height or the model is 1,597 mm.
D. Wheelbase: The length of the wheelbase is 2,550 mm.
As per the speculations, the new model will have a clearance of the ground of 200 mm which perfectly suits the need of the roads.
Baojun’s RS-3 compact SUV features:
The upcoming model of Baojun comes with loaded features. Some of the core ones are as follows:
A. The model comes with a large trapezoidal grille
B. Slim, luxury looking daylight LED lights.
C. The air dam has been made a little thinner and wider.
D. The body comes up with a plastic black cladding, which gives the model a very rough and tough look.

F. The SUV also gets a body paint of dual-tone with contrasting spoilers.
