A test mule of 7 Seat Creta has been spied on Indian roads for the first time. These spy pictures confirm further details about the 7 seat Creta.

7 seat Creta exterior details revelation:

As per the new spy photographs, the 7 seat Creta is greater in length than the 5 -seat model. We can witness about the added length near the rear wheel. The third row will be placed at that point. There are wrap-around tail lights, which is significantly missing in the 5-seat Creta. The bumper area has been reworked. Also, the bigger rear quarter glass separates the 5-seat and 7-seat versions of the SUVs of the Hyundai. The spied model flaunts the same alloy wheels similar to standard Creta.

     

In the front part, you will get to see studs in place of slats. If we talk of other changes, the exterior area of 5-seat, as well as 7-seat Creta, looks highly similar. The similarity can be seen from roof rails to front door panels. Front parking sensors are also visible.

7-seat Creta Engine as well as Gearbox Details:

When we compare both the versions of Creta, you will get to know that the gearbox and engine options are the same. The 140hp, 1.4litre turbo petrol comes with both manual and dual-clutch auto options. You can also expect the 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine options with automatic and gearbox options in offer.

However, we still can figure out the existence of the digital instrument cluster. Also, there will be an auto day/night inside rear-view mirror and a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Also, the number of seat rows will be three. The number of kits will be more as compared to the 5-seat Creta. Apart from this, certain features and facilities will also be there, such as, six airbags, a panoramic roof, in-car connectivity tech, LED DRLs leatherette upholstery and a tyre pressure monitor.

     

When will the 7-seat Creta be launched in India?

As per the reports, we can expect the model to arrive at the Hyundai showrooms at the end of 2021. The price of the 7-seat Hyundai Creta will be much more than the 5-seat Creta. The vehicle will be locking horns with the Jeep Compass-based 7-seater, the MG Hector Plus, Tata Gravitas, and the next-gen Mahindra XUV500.
