The German midsize SUV comes with two turbo-charged petrol engine options: a 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre unit. Volkswagen is offering a variety of discounts based on the SUVs variants. The base model with the 1.0-litre engine is available with up to ₹ 30,000 in cash discount, while the remaining 1.0 litre variants can claim up to, ₹55,000. The French-grown MPV is perhaps the most versatile one in the market. While the engine offering from the company is not comparable to the ones provided in the larger SUVs, this is the cheapest 7 seater in the country. Only other option was the Datsun Go+ but Triber is trendier & the model comes with some cool features too.

Powered by a 105hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine, the Ciaz comes out with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic gearbox, in a multitude of variants. The company is selling this premium sedan through its Nexa outlets and it is a prime rival to the likes of Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Skoda Slavia and Volkswagen Virtus.
The discounts for the Ciaz is perhaps the lowest one offered by the company this festival season. However, the premium sedan offers the best package of both style and comfort. Even with the relatively lower discount, you can safely get the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.
