Volkswagen has unveiled its new Taigun which has become the talk of the town ever since the news of launch came out. The Taigun was built on the brand new platform which is MQB A0-IN. The production model of the car will be powered by a brand new 1.0L turbocharged model that is manufactured locally. The motor has the ability to develop the power of 115PS and peak torque of 200nm.
It is expected to offer 7 speed DSG and 6-speed manual transmission. Volkswagen is planning to launch the CNG variant in India when the SUV took place in the industry. There are plenty of features that are going to be equipped with the car. 2020 Volkswagen Taigun is will receive LED Tail-lamps along with the headlamps. The large machine filled wheels will also be fitted in the car.
The SUV is also going to get an instrument cluster of 10.25 inches. You will also be able to witness the 9.25 inches of infotainment touchscreen system inside the car. The panoramic sunroof will also be there in the car which looks stunning.
The car is expected to lock horn against KIA Seltos and Hyundai Creta. Some reports suggest that the 2020 Volkswagen Taigun is going to hit the showroom very soon in 2021. Talking about the exterior of the car, it undoubtedly looks appealing and eye-catching. We can expect the SUV to be set at the starting price of around Rs 10 lakh to Rs 16 lakh. The production model of the 2020 Volkswagen Taigun seems way too similar to the China Spec model T cross.
