Land rover has finally launched its second generation Evoque in India. The vehicle comes with a host of changes in terms of specifications and styling. 2020 Range rover Evoque comes with new features and several upgrades. Range Rover has always been in the trend for the Indian market and one of the most demanded cars in the automobile industry. The all-new Evoque launched with a starting price of Rs 52.4lakh, and it ends at Rs 59.85 lakh (ex-showroom).
The car went on sale in Europe back in 2018 and now finally launched in India. The new Evoque receives a modern interior that looks great. As of now, there is only one engine option available with the car, and it has a BS6 compliant 2.0 liter motor of diesel, which produces 180 PS of power and peak torque of 430nm. 2020 Range Rover Evoque offers A-9 speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive. Recently the company said the petrol version of the car would be introduced as soon as possible.
As of now, there are two variants available for the India market, which are R-Dynamic SE that costs around Rs 59.84 lakh and S, which costs around Rs 52.4 lakh.
The new Evoque shares a couple of designs from the range rover velar like the headlamps, tail-lamps, and pop up outdoor handles. Talking about the dimensions of the car, it is 15mm taller 11mm longer and 6mm wider. The car also offers a 600mm of water wading depth.
The company has updated the cabin of the new 2020 Range Rover Evoque with more screens to decrease the clutter of the button on the dashboard. It also receives LED headlights with DRLs and flash deployable door handles. As expected, the vehicle offers the latest advanced driver assistance features. 2020 Range Rover Evoque provides AC control 16 adjustable seats and two touch screen units for more entertainment.
