It can be safe to assume that the i4 M will be an “M-lite” model as compared to the M3 and M4. The model is not going to be the full-fledged M product. The standard i4 will be revealed in the upcoming months. The sale in global markets will be starting at the end of 2021. Way back in 2019, BMW gave the confirmation that the Tesla Model 3 rival will be equipped with a 530hp powertrain. This engine is capable of accelerating the speed from 0 to 100kph in just 4 seconds. The top speed will be around 201kph. The company also promised a range of 595 km.
