Maruti Suzuki India’s most trusted brand has launched yet another scheme to attract customers and cater to their needs. Maruti Suzuki is starting a loyalty rewards program to increase its interaction with the customer and to boost its presence. These loyalty rewards apply to all passenger vehicle customers, whether you are from Arena, Nexa, or True Value customers.
Maruti uses all the tactics in their box to increase customer engagement after the lockdown and improve their sales. These rewards can be used for redemption against vehicle service, purchase of accessories, genuine parts, extended warranty, and insurance, or enrolling with Maruti’s driving schools. Maruti will classify customers into four categories Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Customers will be able to upgrade their category to avail more benefits and rewards. These benefits also include access to special events and exclusive offers.
Existing AutoCard and MyNexa program customers will be automatically transferred to this new loyalty program. Their points will remain the same, n extra fees will be charged for transitioning to the Maruti Suzuki Rewards. MD and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India, Kenichi Ayukawa, said, “It offers flexibility to the members to use the benefits as per their need and climb up the tier ladder of the loyalty program to avail special and exclusive benefits. The Maruti Suzuki Rewards program will be accepted at all Maruti Suzuki dealerships across India.”
These benefits could be available by purchasing an additional car, car service, Maruti Insurance, accessories, and customer referrals. Maruti Suzuki will offer a range of benefits for its customers; they would have to register themselves on the Maruti Suzuki website.
